What this site is
NVDA Launch is a software interface that helps you prepare and submit transactions to third-party smart contracts on Robinhood Chain, primarily the Pons V2 launch contracts and Uniswap V4. We do not custody assets, do not operate those contracts, cannot reverse transactions and cannot recover funds.
No affiliation or endorsement
NVDA Launch is independent. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by NVIDIA Corporation, Robinhood, Pons or Uniswap. "NVDA" refers to the NVDA Stock Token used as a quote asset. Tokens launched through this interface do not represent NVIDIA shares, do not track NVIDIA's share price and give no rights against NVIDIA or anyone else.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for your wallet, keys and every transaction you sign. Review each transaction in your wallet before approving it.
- You must comply with the laws that apply to you, including rules on tokenized securities, token issuance and promotion, sanctions and taxes. Do not use this interface where doing so is unlawful.
- You must not upload artwork or metadata that infringes others' rights, impersonates a person or organization, or is unlawful. Token metadata is written onchain by the Pons contracts and cannot be removed from the chain; we may stop displaying or serving content at our discretion.
Risks
Launch tokens are highly speculative and may lose all value. Smart contracts can contain bugs; Pons has stated that its V2 audits are not finalized. Contract owners hold administrative powers described in the docs. Data shown here may be delayed or unavailable. Nothing on this site is investment, legal or tax advice.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The interface is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of NVDA Launch are not liable for losses arising from your use of the interface, the underlying contracts, or third-party services such as wallets and RPC providers.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
